1. We accept a block booking of 4 weeks in advance, you will be invoiced on the first Friday of every month and we expect payment before a child's 1st lesson.

2. Whilst we would love your child to have 100% attendance, we accept that there may be times where you have to take a holiday, we allow for a 2 weeks prebooked holiday, which will be credited to your next month. Unfortunately, if your child is ill, as a small business we cannot offer a refund.

3. We expect to be treated in a polite and civil manner, any deviation from this will result in immediate cancellation of your booking with us.

4. Safeguarding, Sarah has a fully portable DBS, when Sarah visits your house, She will need to be in a room with the door opened and where you can easily see what is going on.

5. We will require 4 weeks' notice of cancellation.

6. By sending your child to their first session with us at Sarah's tutoring, you will be accepting the terms and conditions.
